Seasonal Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • bread (baguette)
  • butter
  • salad leaf
  • tomato
  • capsicum
  • cucumber
  • onion

Uncut the bread, spread one slice with butter and add the seasonal vegetables: salad leaf, tomato, capsicum, cucumber and onion. Feel free to add some more or less if you do not like certain ingredients. Either way the sandwich with seasonal vegetables will be tasty and refreshing as well as full of vitamins.
